Best Gym Health Club

Best Gym Health Club in Chesapeake VA

gym, health club building in Chesapeake VAWellness One Fitness is the best gym in Chesapeake VA.
Looking for the best gym in Chesapeake VA has taken me to visit several of the local gymnasiums. I have to admit that
I haven't work out at all of them, but since I exercise regularly, I know what I am looking for. At this time I work out at one of those 24 hour facilities. Although I like the new equipment, and initially I thought that I really needed to come and exercise in the middle of the night or early morning when I could not sleep, I have only done that 2 to 3 times in a year and a half. On the other hand, I miss more the personal touch of a fully staffed gym Health Club . This is one of the reasons that I think Wellness One Fitness is the best gym health club in Chesapeake VA.
I was a member of the YMCA for at least 5 years, but at $50 per month per person or $80 per month per family it was not worth it. I truly only used the gym for my exercise and work out but none of the other facilities. When I do the calculations of how much I could have saved over the years by working out at the best gym health club in Chesapeake VA
, reminds me to pay attention before I sign any contract over 6 months with any company for any type of service. I have also visited a couple of those gym Health Clubs like Curves and Contours, where you just come in for half an hour to do a minor exercise, I don't think I could call it a work out, and found the hours and equipment very inconvinient.
I also visited Gold's Gym, and I really liked it, but it is to far away from our smaller town of Great Bridge where I live. I love the fact that Wellness One Fitness is a family affair where even the youngest son helps with the business. In this difficult economy I feel we need to help the little and local guy not the chain facilities like all the other gym health clubs in the area. The hours of operations are from 5:30 am to 10:pm. So Wellness One fitness the best gym health club in Chesapeake VA, in a couple of months when my membership at my club expires, I will be signing that contract.

•·Deadline for current credit is November 30, 2009.

•·Deadline for new and improved credit is April 30, 2010, as long as the home is under contract by that date; deal must close within 60 days.

•·Eligibility and amount of new credit:

•-$8,000 for first-time homebuyers (those who have not owned a home in the last three years).

•-Up to $6,500 credit for homeowners who have lived in the home they are selling, or have sold, as a

Its ALMOST official The Homebuyers Tax Credit Extended for 2010, with a few changes!!!

DeAndrea "Dee Dee" Jones The Hampton Roads Real Estate Lady!: Real Estate Agent in Norfolk, VA

Its Almost Official!!!!

Senate indicates that First time Homebuyers Tax Credit will be renewed until at least April of 2010!

This is Great news! Here are the biggest changes:

The credit would be cut slightly to a $7,290 cap. Income eligibility for first-time home buyers would stay the same, but it would rise for step-up buyers to $125,000 for individuals and $250,000 for couples.

This is the biggest change: The credit will also be expanded to include so-called step-up buyers who have lived in their current home for at least five years.

At this time, it is believed that the credit will allow anyone purchasing (even if the property is not closed) a home by April 30, 2010 to participate and receive the full credit available. The credit will be continued (but reduced by 2% each 90 days) through the end of 2010! The credit will be slightly lessened, but it will be renewed and this extension should allow the market to continue to recover into and through next summer's selling season. Of course, there's always the possibility that it could be renewed at that time, as well.

Here's the text of the story as reported in Bloomberg News today:
Senate Democrats on Board with Credit Extension

Senate Banking Committee Chairman Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) says The Senate has agreed to extend the first-time home buyer tax credit. The latest version extends the program to home sales signed - not closed - by April 30. Purchasers would have another 60 days to close the sale.

Chinese Drywall in Virginia Beach

Gene Allen Realtor Hampton Roads Real Estate: Real Estate Agent in Virginia Beach, VA

There are an unknown number of homes built with Chinese Drywall in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. Along with all the known problems comes a new one.

Insurers are dropping homeowners or not renewing them based on the fact that a home is built with Chinese Drywall. Homeowners are submitting claims to the insurance companies and they are saying that this is a "pre-existing" condition and they will not pay claims for the damage caused. Robert Hartwig, president of the Insurance Information Institute, agreed that homeowners policies were never meant to cover "faulty, inadequate or defective" workmanship, construction or materials.

Chinese Drywall has been found by state and federal agencies to emit "volatile sulfur compounds," and contain traces of strontium sulfide, which can produce a rotten-egg odor, along with organic compounds not found in American-made drywall. Homeowners complain the fumes are corroding copper pipes, destroying TVs and air conditioners, and blackening jewelry and silverware. Some believe the wallboard is also making them ill.

Homeowners are caught between the proverbial rock and hard place. If they tell the insurance company they have Chinese Drywall they have the risk of being dropped. If they don't tell the insurance company they have it, future claims may be denied. The government is working of some sort of relieft but nothing has come out yet.

Here are some questions waiting to be answered. Is Chinese Drywall something that needs to be disclosed to propspective buyers? Is this another good reason for buyer to be even more wary of buying from a FSBO? Is it another good reason to make sure you pick an active agent that is working for the buyer and is aware of the problems.
