Woot! Woot!

Not only do we have a great new house.. but we just got our $8,000 tax credit back! Cha-ching!

We've paid off some credit cards and splurged on a nice flat screen TV for our family room!

All is great and Matt & Farah-land.... you'll have to come check it out some time.

Matt, Farah, Calvin & Hobbs, and Sir MessUpALot (Angus)

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE REALTOR:

It was a pleasure working with Matt and Farah and getting to know them so well. Certainly, I appreciate their business, but over the months we worked together (almost 9 months, start to finish) I came to know and love them dearly, and am even more grateful for their friendship. They bring a great deal of laughter and warmth into my life, business and personal.

I hope that with their new home, and the new addition to their family (Angus), this is the beginning of a wonderful new chapter in their own special "Happily Ever After".

Best Wishes Now and Always,

Vicky Chrisner

The construction on the Union Jack Pub is coming along great. The color scheme they have chosen looks amazing and I am very ready for this new bar to open. It will provide a new experience for all people who love the downtown mall.

In other food news, the new Five Guys Burgers and Fries is now open near Home Depot. It will save people alot of time who live on the south side of town from having to drive all the way down Berryville Ave. to get some great burgers. The Waffle House on Pleasant Valley is closed but the one on Millwood Pike is still up and running. As always we have all events, news, and updates posted right on the site at www.wincfood.com . We are also testing our new login system to start giving away great gift certificates. We will keep you up-to-date on the progress. Until next time

Cheers,
Mark
