Well we still have the same 2 homes on the market here at Foxfield. They are both short sales and probably not the best scenario to get into unless you have lots of time. Since our last sales report 1 home came on the market and left in 5 days. This was a regular sale and in excellent shape.
No new homes have sold in last 30 days but 2 of the 4 that are under contract should close soon. The other 2 are short sales and will take a while. Our last short sale that sold in this community took 4 months.

Very Low Inventory... look for my update later this week on just how low inventory is right now.
Multiple offers on almost every property that is priced low or correctly.
It is a very frustrating time for buyers, I am working with multiple buyers who are just missing out on properties because they get outbid over their price limit. You have to expect to offer on your home $25,000 over list price, if it has been on the market for less than week. Most homes right now that are priced correctly will be gone in a week.
