We see very few short sales and foreclosures here, and the newer construction townhomes continue to maintain steady values and even slight increases in some areas.

The draw for this particular part of the county is the area's close proximity to I-66, Routes 29, 28 and 50, the Fairfax County Parkway, and short jaunt to the Vienna Metro.
