Lake Vista a great community, its in Forest Va on the eastern edge of Bedford County just outside of the City of Lynchburg.

Originally founded in 1984, the Lake Vista neighborhood includes single family homes, townhouses and condominiums. It has multiple lakes, amazing views of the mountains and almost 25 acres of park like meadows. There is a large community center with space for meetings, events. There are several pools for residents to enjoy and even tennis courts.

Lake Vista residents benefit from the low Bedford County taxes, living not far from the city limits, they benefit from the large amounts of binesses that have srouted on the edges of the community- nice grocery stores, offices, restaurants, and many other business.

There are three different condominiums, Twin Springs / Deer Run, Spinnaker, and Spinnaker Point. There are separate home owner associations for each area.

Bayberry Cove, Oak Point, Sunset Ridge, and Walnut Ridge make up Lake Vista's townhouses.

With 246 single family homes, pristine lakes, views of the blue ridge, Lake Vista in Forest VA is a great place to live.

Lake Vista Residents: Enjoy Refreshments and Christmas Cheer by the cozy fire at the Annual Lake Vista Christmas Open House. Held at the Lake Vista Centre (200 Lake vista Drive) this coming Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 2-4PM. There will be a balloon artist, face painting and Christmas music to enjoy.

BEDFORD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM

The 2009 Annual Lake Vista Property Owner's Association meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14 at the Lake Vista Community Center at 200 Lake Vista Drive, Forest, VA. The meeting will be held at 7:15pm and all Lake Vista property owners, single and multi-family, should plan to attend. If you are unable to attend, you are urged to designate a proxy to represent you at the meeting. Members in good standing are entitled to attend and vote.

The agenda for the annual meeting will include reports and activites in three major areas:

• LVPOA Officers, Committees and Board Member Reports
• Question and answers on function of LVPOA, opinions may be expressed on ways to improve the community
• Election of new directors
