I have not been blogging for a few days as the tours of Charlottesville are continuing.

Saturday: I was out with friends showing land

Sunday: in the afternoon I was out with first-time homebuyers. This was a great day, I really love to work with FT Buyers and it reminds me of why I do what I do. Really nice young couple.

Monday: I went out showing homes from Scottsville to Mill Creek area with a really nice couple who are going to be relocating from the southern part of Virginia.

Tuesday: I got together with a nice couple who I met almost 2 years ago and we started to target some areas that will work for them, they are retiring to our area. We saw some great homes and will continue this week.

What a week! Oh ya, I also had an open house at my listing in Still Meadow on Tuesday and wrote (and ratified) 2 contracts on Sunday.

Maybe things will slow a little and I can add to my blog. I am not really complaining, just miss the action on my blog!

I am very pleased to see our school board using technology to keep in touch with families and students. Some may not think they are doing enough or the right things, but I for one am impressed that they are trying.

This is how anyone determines if something works or not. try it and get feedback and then adjust.

I for one applaud our local school board!

This weekend my family and I went to visit some good friends for dinner. Sure I was their Buyers Agent but like with a lot of clients they have turned into good friends of mine.

We had a wonderful meal and a fine time. Here is a photo of the area....

You guessed it, my friend/client is a Model Railroader and his entire basement is a wonderland! My kids had such a great time that my daughter walk up the next morning and the first thing she said was can we go drive the trains again?

Everything you see here was hand built. When we were looking for a home, he went to the basement of every home first to see if it would accommodate his hobby!
