One of the best ways to track sales activity in the current market is by looking at the pending and contingent contracts. In the month of April to date, 4/23/2009, 5 Glenmore homes have contingent contracts and there is one home with a contract pending. Compare this with the March activity whe there was only one home for sale in Glenmore with a contract pending and no contingent contracts. In February we saw one home with a pending contract and one with a contingent contract.
As you can see from these figure Glenmore home sales are up in spring market and we still have one more week to go this month.

Where disclosure is authorized, REALTORS® shall also disclose, if asked, whether offers were obtained by the listing licensee, another licensee in the listing firm, or by a cooperating broker. So if the seller does not approve what is the response?

The most elegant of the Charlottesville Golf Communities is Keswick Estates. Keswick Estates is a gated community offering Charlottesville luxury homes on large lots. This neighborhood is located in Keswick Virginia just about 5 minutes east of Charlottesville Virginia.

Do you remember how you would "choose" something as a child. this brings back memories of eenie-meenie-minnie-moe (spelling?) and selecting players for a ball game with a coin toss?

This week I have the pleasure of showing Charlottesville Real Estate to good friends from California. The wonderful thing is that we have so many great homes to choose from.
