2/07/2008 This is a market update for Ashland, a community located on the back side of Manassas, off of the route 234 bypass. This community has an excellent commuter location, only a few miles from route 95 and route 1. There are community amenties, such as swimming pool, club house.
There are currently 14 single family homes active on the market in Ashland, raning in price from $364,900 to $689,000
There are currently no single family homes under contract.
There have been no registered sales in the last 30 days.
