Harper's Mill is nestled behind Hampton Park and Ashbrook in Chesterfield County just off of Hull Street near 288. Homes start in the mid $200,000 and go up to $700,000 depending on the neighborhood the home is built in and the square footage and amenities of the home. Harper's Mill is planned around big open spaces and lots of trees. They have miles of walking trails planned along with an Olympic sized pool, a splash pool a separate adult pool, a lighted soccer complex and shopping/ restaurants and even an amphitheatre. The neighborhood isn't growing at expected pace due to the slow economy and the effects that has had on the housing market, so a definite timeline on when these amenities will be in place hasn't happened.
