There was a decrease in total units sold in December, with 23 sold this month in Moseley and Winterpock versus 30 last month, a decrease of 23%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 21% versus December 2010.

Just down the street from Sappony Creek is the Richmond Zoo.  The zoo has grown considerably over the past few years and is a great place to spend the day with your family.  There are great interactive exhibits that really let the children relate to the animals.  There is also a sky ride, carousel and train ride that the kids love.
