Wendy Hayden Chesterfield, Richmond & Powahatan: Real Estate Agent in Richmond, VA

If you love horses and rural living and want to live in Chesterfield County Virginia, then Sappony Creek Farm is for you.  Sappony Creek Farm is a great neighborhood located in South Western Chesterfield County about 40 minutes from downtown Richmond.  The homes range in price from $400's to over a million.  They are all on large lots and are extremely private.

Rural living, close in, in Chesterfield County off of Hull Street on Beaver Bridge Road.  Sappony Creek Farm is located in the highly desired Grange Hall, Cosby High area of Chesterfield County.  Grange Hall Elementary School is a Blue Ribbon School and an award winning elementary school. My oldest son goes to Grange Hall and I am completely impressed by the teachers, support staff and especially the Principle, Mrs. Sefrin.  She is an amazing leader and has made Grange Hall into one of the most honored elementary schools in Chesterfield and in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Just down the street from Sappony Creek is the Richmond Zoo.  The zoo has grown considerably over the past few years and is a great place to spend the day with your family.  There are great interactive exhibits that really let the children relate to the animals.  There is also a sky ride, carousel and train ride that the kids love.

This is a relatively undeveloped area in Chesterfield so that you get the great amenities of Chesterfield without the traffic, crowded developments and small lots found in many neighborhoods.  If you have always dreamed of living in the country but want to be close to work and shopping, Sappony Creek Farm is perfect.

Sappony Creek features large lots of 10-53 acres and beautiful homes.  You can build your own barn and put up your own fences.  You get the benefits of living in a neighborhood with out the restrictions.

There are 3 miles of horse trails, but you don't have to have horses to want to live here.  If you want upscale living with acreage enough to have privacy and still live close to everything, Sappony Creek maybe the perfect home for you and your family.
