Riverside Estates has remained popular ever since the first homes were delivered in the mid-60's.

Convenience and the proximity of schools, shopping and recreational facilities are the key to their continued public acceptance.

The homes are about one mile from the George Washington Parkway at Mount Vernon where there is Fairfax County Connector bus service to the Huntington Metro. There is similar service along the Richmond Highway.

Mount Vernon High School is at the entrance to Riverside Estates

Riverside Elementary is just across from the high school.

The George Washington Rec Center with year round pool (part of the Fairfax County Park System) is next to the elementary school.

Homes in Riverside Estates are currently priced from $450,000 to $550,000.
