PURCELLVILLE VIRGINIA MARKET REPORT, LIST vs. SOLD, JANUARY 2012 - Home Buyer REBATE!

Single Family Homes in Purcellville SOLD for 97% of the list price in January 2012.

The lowest priced sale was for $145,000 - a 59 year old Rancher on 1 acre, a home owner sale (not short sale or foreclosure).

The highest priced sale was for $624,900 - a 19 year old Colonial on 14 acres, a home owner sale (not short sale or foreclosure). Sold for full price.

The average price home sold in Purcellville in January 1012 was 29 years old and sold for about $414,754. Average time on the market was 88 days.
