About Reston's Parc Reston

Sam: I have been looking for 1 and 2 bedroom condos within walking distance of Reston Town Center.

I have looked at several properties inside Reston Town Center's boundaries and they were a bit more than I am prepared to pay.

I am looking for the best of both worlds of course.... convenience and affordability.

Parc Reston across Reston Parkway from town center caught my eye, could you post homes for sale in Parc Reston as well as what schools serve the community?

Steve: Good eye Sam, I would suggest that you seriously consider the condos at Parc Reston.

As you noted, it is conveniently located right across Reston Parkway from Reston Town Center's Macaroni Grill Restaurant.

It also is the most affordable condo neighborhood that close to town center.

As you can see, the market is tight. Very little has been sold. Owners are not moving since these condos are so convenient and affordable.

Should you end up living here, you don't have to cross Reston Parkway to get to Reston Town Center... there is a tunnel under the road direct from Parc Reston. See the picture of the tunnel to the left?

Steve: the homes sold in the last 6 months were between $165k and $238k Sam.

Steve: Sam, I would suggest that we go visit some of Reston's garden style condos at Parc Reston. This community is right across Reston Parkway from Reston Town Center's Macaroni Grill Restaurant.

In fact you do not even have to cross Reston Parkway, there is a tunnel under the road direct from Parc Reston.

Steve: From the beginning of January 1 2010 to the date of this posting, the high price 1 bedroom 1 bath home in Parc Reston was $171k with the low price being $170k. The high 2 bedroom home went for $226k and the low was $189k.
