Formerly known as Vint Hill Pool, Larry Weeks Community Pool is fun for the whole family. My kids and I got a chance to visit today and had a blast swimming the afternoon away. The fees are reasonable compared to other area pools that we've gone to this summer. They do have a concession stand and plenty of lifeguards on hand. There were several day camps there and therefore no shortage of kids to splash along with! The whistle is blown at quarter til each hour, so plan your arrival and check-in accordingly. Plenty of seating to eat your snack or lunch. Enjoy and we plan to do swim lessons in August offered at the pool.

Just got back from settlement. This lovely single family home in Warrenton was a short sale. There were two separate lien holders, a first and second mortgage. The house would not sell for what was owed.
The owners contacted me and listed the home for short sale on February 26th. On March 1st we received the offer that ended up going to settlement today, May 28th.
The home sold for it's full list price of $234,500. And you can see that the time it took to get an offer and go to closing was not as bad as you may hear. And I'm here to tell you that the second trust on this one was not at all easy to deal with.
If you are having trouble maintaining your residence and can't refinance with loan modification, give me a call. I am an experienced short sale agent.

Warrenton Virginia is located in Fauquier County...the 20186 zip code is considered the "Washington D.C." side of Warrenton. The real estate market in this area, doesn't see the volume of sale that we see in other parts of Northern Virginia.
