You will never have to pay to be listed as a top neighbor. Period. That important detail clarified, let's discuss how we arrive at two "top neighbors" for a given region:
Localism is a bustling collection of hyper-local communities, and the top neighbors should reflect those members who are most active. When ranking users in a given region, several factors are considered. To get your foot in the proverbial door, you need to have posted at least one "Localism" article or photo for the region.
The very best way to quickly rise to #1 is to post high-quality local content. Keeping a steady strem of incoming posts and photos will massively tilt the scales in your favor.
What doesn't count toward the top neighbor ranking? ActiveRain points and community sponsorships. The top neighbor spots will always go to the most active members in a region. We want to create a level playing field that encourages the growth of communities — talent and dedication are required to win the day.

The owner of this three year old home in one of the most popular condominium subdivisions in eastern Prince William County selected the Kruschka Team to represemt them in the sale. They were impressed by our internet blogs about the community and online marketing program as well as our now 35 years experience. It will be on the market as soon as the repainting and installation of new carpeting has been completed.
The home has 1,650 square feet of living space on two levels plus a one car garage.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large living/dining room combination, family room and balcony. As you can see it also has a covered entry.
Potomac Club is a gated community with a state-of-the-art recreation complex. Additionally, it is convenient to public transportation, loads of shopping and minutes to I-95.

More new restaurants are on their way in 2011. Joining Zoe’s Kitchen, Uncle Julio’s, JoS A. Bank will be PF Changs China Bistro, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza and Travinia Italian Kitchen. To the restaurants more shops are coming as well. Joining JoS A. Banks will be Coldwater Creek and Quinn Goldsmith (also in Old Town Occoquan).
The biggest new venue coming is Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar and Grill. This will be the first music located in Potomac Center and current plans are for the grand opening of all of the restaurants to coincide with a concert at the center. No word on who will be headline the concert.
Owners in Potomac Club can walk to the shopping center and it is easily accessible for owners in a number of eastern Prince William County communities including Belmont Bay, Eagles Pointeand Port Potomac to name a few.
The growth of Potomac Town Center is just another step in the comprehensive plan to create new Centers of Commerce and Centers of Community within Prince William County.
