About Woodbridge's Riverside Station

A sure sign that spring is coming is when military families start receiving their PCS orders.  Today I put a great townhouse in the Woodbridge VA community of Riversdie Station on the market.  Within hours a military family on a house hunting trip toured the property.  The home is owned by a military family who are selling the home using the Department of Defense Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP) benefits.

Last week was my third closing this year on a townhouse listing in the Riverside Station neighborhood in Prince William County VA.
