Twin Oaks is a smaller subdivision of detached homes conveniently located on Minnieville Road between Smoketown and Old Bridge Roads.

Obviously, a 12% price increase over 2009 is good news for the property owners in Twin Oaks. It is very much in line with recent market reports in other subdivisions that tend to indicate the downward spiral is either ending or ended.
