Not to be confused with St. Martin, St Maaten is the Dutch side of the same island. Many people see St. Maarten as the wilder side of the Caribbean. Many people go to St. Maarten to let loose on their nude beaches and exciting nightlife. St. Maarten is a must-stop port for Cruise ships with people from all over the world looking to let loose in the Caribbean’s most uninhibited island.
Oddly enough, St Maarten is a relatively small island in the Caribbean, but still holds such a high appeal. Most property in St Maarten is waterfront, but there is some real estate that lies further inland on hilltops still walking distance from the waterfront. Residents of St Maarten enjoy privacy in their homes and the excitement of tourist locations only minutes away.
Additionally, the island’s Dutch culture makes it unique in that it may be one of the few places in the world you can see Caribbean and Dutch culture fuse with such beautiful results.

The Grenadines is one of the most southerly islands in the Caribbean. The Grenadines is a stream of islands often associated with St Vincent. The Grenadines may seem like an obscure Caribbean island, but when some of the most famous people in the world need to take a break from the spotlight, they head to the Grenadines. Well known starts like David Bowie and Mick Jagger have both spent time in the Grenadines winding down after tours of the world.
The fact that the Grenadines is made up of numerous islands means it has the potential to have incredibly secluded real estate. The Grenadines represents the idyllic view of Caribbean property as being secluded on a small island surrounded by nothing by blue waters. If this island sounds like it’s too far from civilization, St. Vincent is only a short boat ride away and offers an assortment of resort-style attractions.

If you have a chance to visit St. Croix, you must make a trip into the rainforest to visit the Domino Club. home of the famous beer-drinking pigs....that's right, they really do drink beer. You place a can of beer in their mouth, they will crush it (and manage to get you soaking wet), drink it and then spit the can out. Quite a thing to see....of course, they are given non-alcoholic beer thanks to the local animal rights groups. Fun
