Many many mighty fine folks are in need of the help of other mighty fine folks, as yourself.
The Chester Vermont Food and Donation Drive will be collecting, sorting and distributing food and household items, in order to give a helping hand to flood victims in the communities of Chester, Cavendish and Ludlow Vermont. This mighty fine event is taking place this morning of the 3rd of September 2011, the Flood Victims event is being held at the American Legion Post 67 located on Route 103 in Chester, Vermont. Aftermath of Hurricane Irene Food Victims Benefit being held in Chester Vermont, some of the much need items by folks are as follows, bottled water, bread, canned goods, baby supplies, household cleaning supplies, toilet paper, coffee, any kind of canned food, towels, batteries, flashlights, lanterns, socks, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. Non-perishable food items, paper goods, and toiletries.
If you are a Volunteer for this mighty helpful event, you are being asked to pack at the Green Mountain Union High School on the opposite of the American Legion Chester, Vermont. Located on Route 103 in Chester, Vermont. As for those folks which are bringing a truck or other vehicle to help make deliveries, please park in the area of the American Legion for loading.
