Active Rain Camp

ACTIVE RAIN CAMP

This was my first experience participating in an Active Rain event. I couldn't ask for a better way to break myself in than attending this seminar. My first reaction when my partner first mentioned Active Rain was a lot of skepticism. How could a blogging organization help me out with my business? She has been on active rain for about two years and quickly became fascinated with it. She has experienced first-hand on how your organization has helped her thrive in real estate.

Two months ago, my partner and I opened a real estate company, Catamount Realty Group, in South Burlington, Vermont. Looking for a way to give my business the competitive edge in this tough economy, we decided to make the five hour trip to New York City and discover what Active rain has to offer.

While waiting in line to enter the seminar, I had the privilege of talking to a couple of seasoned veterans of the real estate world. Their comments concerning Active Rain quickly set my mind at ease. All my concerns regarding this trip were quickly replaced with eagerness and excitement. I was amazed to see how many people were attending the seminar and how much interest everyone had in this event.

Ben Kinney and the staff of Active Rain did a fabulous job presenting the all the information and material over the course of the day. I particularly enjoyed learning more about Search Engine Optimization. The information I have learned from this seminar will help me revamp our web site and advertisements to maximize our exposure.

The resources provided to us regarding the various websites dedicated to improving the efficiency and quality of our services will prove invaluable in the next year as we strive to build our business.

To all the staff and members at Active Rain, "Thank you very much!"

Sincerely,
