Tree Lighting Event taking place in Springfield Vermont-Windsor County Vermont, folks and families are invited to come on out for a mighty enjoy able time at the Springfield Tree Lighting is being held this day of Friday the 2nd of December 2011.

The Springfield Chamber of Commerce and Springfield on the Move are hosting the Springfield, Vermont Downtown Christmas Celebration. The first thing folks will want to do, is to stop at the Springfield on the Move Office, which is located on Main Street in Springfield, Vermont, in order to pick up a map of the Springfield downtown area, then folks will want to start visiting the different businesses which will be listed on the map. This mighty fine event will be starting at 4:30 P.M. When you visit the businesses, you'll be able to get a sticker for your map.




Tree Lighting Event taking place in Springfield Vermont-Windsor County Vermont, after your map is filled of the stickers, then you'll want to go pick up your prize from the Springfield on the Move Office. Then at 5:00 P.M. folks will want to go to the Peoples United Bank's lot to enjoy singing Christmas CarolsSpringfield Community Band will be providing the music and the Springfield Community Players, as Dickens Carolers will be leading the Caroling. and to wait for the arrival of Santa, which he'll be arriving about 5:30 P.M.




Santa's helpers, Alex and Barb Greer will be bring Santa to downtown Springfield in a horse-drawn wagon in order to light the Community Christmas Tree at 5:30 P.M. after Santa's arrives, plus he will greet all the kids and will then lead all the folks and kids to the Springfield Town Library's Open House, which everyone will be able to take pictures with Santa and enjoy mighty fine refreshments. Veterans Day Ceremonies Weathersfield and Springfield Vermont, two all my fellow Veterans, you have and are doing a mighty fine job.

The Weathersfield Veterans Memorial Committee is hosting a Roll of Honor Dedication Ceremony this day of 11 November 2011, on the Perkinsville Green in Perkinsville, Vermont. The Ceremony will begin at 10:15 A.M. this morning of Veterans Day. The intent of this here mighty fine Ceremony is to listen to a few words of the importance of this day, which every Americans should hold dear to their heart. There will also be music and singing voices of the Students from the Weathersfield School, and approximately at 11:11 A.M. the Roll of Honor will be read. Veterans Day Ceremonies Weathersfield and Springfield Vermont, the Springfield Veterans Day Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. at the Riverside Memorial Park, which is located on Riverside Street in Springfield, Vermont. This here mighty fine Service is being sponsored by Springfield VFW Post 771 and American Legion Post 18. The public sure are welcome and encouraged to attend this here mighty fine Ceremony. In case of inclement weather, the Service will be held at the Springfield VFW Post 771.

Springfield Community Players Auditions, in Springfield, Vermont the Springfield Community Players Inc., is going to be holding auditions for the Rocky Horror Show Broadway musical, by Richard O' Brien.

The auditions will take place on Sunday the 28 of March at 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and on Monday the 29 of March 2010 at 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., they will be held at the Riverside Middle School, which is located at Route 11 and Fairground Road in Springfield, Vermont.

Springfield Community Players Auditions, there are roles for females and males and they are looking for Phantom Chorus, ages 20 to 60 years old, they are also needing musicians for the Rocky Horror Band. The performance dates are the 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, and the 29 of May.
