I was desperate for a good topic today. I wanted it to be positive and inspiring. So here it is...
Through the efforts of cleaning the air we have added 5 months on to our life span. It may not sound like a lot but to me it is worth every second! I am including a link to the article I found because it is hard to relay all of the information here.
It is good news and it is even better news to see that we are steadily improving every decade. Enough with how bad it all is or could be. let's give ourselves a pat on the back for making a difference and spreading the wealth!
Just remember as Abe Lincoln said- it is not the amount of years in your life it is the amount of life in your years!

I found this website today when I was looking for ways to help my budget this month. I found quite a few ways to reduce the money I am spending and at the same time help out the environment.
I am going to print out this link so that I can hand it out to people who are interested. Hopefully you find it as usefull as I have. 100 Ways To Save The Environment

Yesterday was a busy day. It is hard to sum the morning up in words, so I though a Haiku would explain my plight...
Last one out of bed
Disturbing drops of liquid ice
I hope for coffee

A haiku is a poem that originated in Japan. There are three lines consisting of 5 syllables then a line of 7 followed by another line of 5. They are usually about nature, but this one is about a cold shower. For more info, or to post your own ,go to Haiku Poems for Active Rain.
