Giving back to RockSolid Community Center in Battle Ground WA, Keller Williams has a yearly program called RED DAY, (here are a few Videos of our Red day Celebration)On May 13, of every year every Keller Williams Real Estate offices in the World will give back to their community.

This year Keller Williams in Vancouver WA choose to start early. September 2010, and agent was helping out at RockSolid Teen Centerand found out they needed help with purchasing a new bus. Well in True fashion KW's Culture Committee jumped up and said our office can do that. The plan was put into place and we ran with it.

Who is RockSolid? I am glad you asked, here is their Mission Statement: "To provide a safe place for the youth of our community and to foster relationships with one another and caring adults for the purpose of encouraging them to become ROCKSOLID persons." and they are doing it. What an amazong group of peopel and chldren.

So the first step wasto help them get the bus they needed, they needed $5,000 and we did that in 3 months, Handed them the check on Thursday, the children were happy and so excited. That just got me chocked up that i am part of a company that will help the community. Please do not get me wrong our company does a lot of things. It was just an amazing thing to see the children as happy and gracious as they were.

So Now I will challenge you and your office, do you have a day where you close the doors and go out and give back to the people that have helled you & your business? I am not saying this because I am going it, I am asking this because where would you be without the community supporting you? Either with sales, employees, marketing, friendships, referrals.
