My website is a good place to have my clients view listings, obtain information about the local area, and myself. I don't know what I would do without it. We definately live in a technology world, where I can surf the web obtain text messages, and receive e-mails all on my cell phone. Please feel free to visit my website and learn more about the Tri-Cities area, and what we have to offer here in Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. www.MyTriCityAgent.com

Last week, Colleen was called for an interview on the current state of the housing market for our local KEPRTV news channel. I don’t know if 1 minute of TV exposure qualifies for 'celebrity' status, but at our house I learned that we can scrub a house spotless in less than 15 minutes notice and only a celebrity could motivate our three pretty girls and two handsome boys to do that. We were given 15 minutes notice the reporter was on the way! Colleen admitted to me that she was very nervous, although on the outside she was as calm and composed as ever—an amazing feat considering that the last time she was on TV was 24 years ago, on the game show, “Let’s Make a Deal”. While only one minute was used on TV, the whole interview lasted more than 30 minutes as Colleen answered all the questions very gracefully and intelligently. If you care to watch Colleen's 1 minute of fame, fast forward the video to where there is 3 minutes, 50 seconds remaining:
I be Joe Lane, the co-owner of The Lane Real Estate Team. The other owner, my beloved wife Colleen, wants nothing to do with the property management side of the real estate business, nor the website stuff. That's were I come in. With five children still at home, I don't blame her. You can call me most anytime at 509.308.5513 | Don't mess with a bald dude!Originally posted at Colleen Lane

Getting down into the real estate market to look for a property is not an easy task, but with the right guidance and resources at your disposal, it is not difficult either. If you are a buyer then the obvious first move would be to search homes for sale within the preferred locality. This task has been simplified thanks to the extensive networking by real estate agents and real estate brokers.
In your endeavor to search homes for sale within the preferred locality, you ideally need to consider the real estate market situation, more so because of the current recession that has taken a toll on world economy. The houses and other commercial properties that are up for sale are listed in any of the following arenas:
• Dedicated MLS listings
• Local classifieds
• Special newspaper entries on center page
• Government and tax offices
• Real estate agent and real estate4 agent maintained bulletin boards
• Individual web sites maintained either by the property owner or the mediator for sale
These listings make it very easy to identify and search homes for sale within the preferred locality. All you have to do is invest a little time in dedicated research and enter the arena like a professional. See Kennewick homes for sale.

Tri-Cities Airport is an air field terminal that is located at an approximate distance of 3 km from the north west of Washington’s Pasco region. This air field in Franklin County, Washington is also USA’s third largest as far as commercial airports go. The majestic lay out highlights three runways and hence the name.
The Tri City Airport was actually part of the training ground for the United States Navy. This training field was used extensively during World War II and today serves commercial purposes as well as to the consumer. The sale of the air filed by the US Navy to the city of Pasco enabled the city to be internationally recognized. The airport terminal is located at the end of the air field, to the south.
It is being currently used for commercial flights in and out of Washington. The terminus offers the following services:
The terminus is being managed by the City of Pasco. There are a number of commercial operations that are being housed in the old naval buildings that stand to the north of the airport. See Tri Cities Washington Airport.

Rental and yet an investment property! How? Well, yours is not an isolated enquiry. There are a number of providers of dedicated rental investment real estate properties. You could tap the potential of any one of the many resources online as well as offline. When you plan to rent a property, do consider the options that allow you to purchase the unit after a while, should you fancy the neighborhood and in build facilities.
Most of the real estate agents and real estate brokers network extensively to ensure that the property queries meet with desired results. The process involves a little research and some investment in terms of energy and time. These rental investment real estate properties are available within all preferred localities and can be converted into highly lucrative deals.
Once you are able to find the property that catches the eye, all you have to do is set a budget with the broker and agent and allow the professional to negotiate the deal. Such a deal would surely help you make the most of the investment since the negotiation allows you to rent the property, check out what living in it means to the family and then buy it, if at all you want to!
