Fall Colors

Charlie Arthur, CCIM: Real Estate Brokerage in Port Townsend, WA

I love the fall colors. We don't have nearly enough deciduous trees here in the Pacific Northwest. This year the leaves changing colors has been particularly gorgeous.

I took this photo with a Sony Ericcson 2MP camera phone, so I apologize for the poor quality.

Sometimes, even when the rain and wind is making the northwest look pretty grim, I get glimpses of just how lucky we are to be here. Truly a glorious place. I hope all of you reading this will come and visit our corner of the world.

No More Negativity

Charlie Arthur, CCIM: Real Estate Brokerage in Port Townsend, WA

I woke up this morning determined to be optimistic and positive. No more negativity. The sun is shining here in Port Townsend Washington. The temparature is around 60 degrees. The real estate prices are great for buyers. There are more choices than ever before. The olympic mountains are huge and beautiful to the west and the cascades sit magjestically along the eastern horizon. The water sparkles wonderfully and the sailboats race in the bay. What a wonderful place to live.
