I love my work. If work is even the right word. I could work form the time I get up to the time I go to bed, and I have. Where do you draw the line? When are you just putting in more time, and not seeing the benefits?
I feel that there is no lost time. What ever you do, do it with all you have and you will always receive something in return. Do you agree? Do you think agents should work a set amount of hours? When do we clock out? Do you network every where- even on vacation? How much is to much? If you love your job isn't it all just a day in the life? Let me know what you think!

Do you advise your clients to counter on low offers, or just not respond? I have wrote a few lately and the potential buyers were expecting a counter offer. The seller did not even respond. the Buyers were surprised. Do you think that the Sellers may have missed the boat? Do you think that if they countered, and were willing to accept a lower offer, just not that low ,we could have had a sale?Let me know what you think-Dinah

Do you market on the Internet? Do you find that this works better than in print?
I love the Internet. With the cost of gas these days it is the only way. I love it when agents put a lot of info out that my client can see from the comfort of their home or office. I like the ease of e-mailing at any time. I never have to worry about interrupting a important dinner, or event like a telemarketer. My clients respond at their convenience. I can also get additional pictures, and information to them via the Internet and they do not have to leave their home, even to make an offer. How cool is that! I think the Internet is the only way to go,-Do You?

Everything is looking better to me. Sales are slower, but I see more activity. Do you? The presidential election is a big...What if for people. Do you think that we will see a change in the market once we have the question of Commander and Chief settled? Or do you think that this is just a minor detail that does not interest buyers decisions? Let me know what you think .-Dinah

Lately have spoke with several people who told me that they wanted to buy a home, but did not qualify for a loan. This was concerning because I knew that we had houses that matched what they were looking for, with motivated sellers hopeing for offers.
I called a lender that I have done a lot of business with, and told him of my dilemma. He asked me to put him in contact with the individuals to see if he could help.I passed the information on, and what I found was surprising! Not only did all of the people I spoke with have better credit than they thought, they only had a few small repairs to make and then they were on to home ownership. Most of the people that I was working with qualified for a purchase within just 4 to 6 weeks!
I am encouraged to say that the market IS NOT what the media is hyping. We have a lot of qualified or nearly qualified people that need to know they may be able to buy a home now- while the deals are still red hot.
If you are in the market for a home and think you may not qualify for a loan do yourself a favor ,and contact a reputable lender, and see if now is the time for you to buy.On average home owners see the value of their property double every 10 years. What are you waiting for?
