This months average sales price is down 10.1% compared to last year, while median price went up 8.8%. Both the average price and median sales prices are up considerably from January, 13.2% average and 33.4% for the median sales price.
The number of sales is up by 9 compared to last year, or 52% and days on market is higher than last year.

Lakeridge Estates Neighborhood in Ferndale, WA

Lakeridge Estates is one of the newer neighborhoods in Ferndale, Washington with most of the homes being built in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.
