Horizon Pointe in Lacey WA was built as a master planned community spread out over 240 acres at the south end of Lacey. Homes in Horizon Pointe began to go up in 2005 with plans for approximately 1400 single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Multiple builders participated in building the homes in Horizon Pointe, creating an appealing mixture of styles and floor plans. Today, the neighborhood is virtually completed, with only a small number of lots remaining vacant.

Horizon Pointe can be accessed at 2 main entrances and several arterial entrances. The main entrances are at the corner of Rainier Rd. and Balustrade Blvd. on the west and at the corner of Yelm Hwy and Balustrade Blvd on the east.

Also very close nearby is the Chehalis-Western Trail, Lacey Crossroads Shopping Center, the Amtrak station, Capitol City Golf Course. City bus routes pick up at several points in and around Horizon Pointe.
