The Crossings at Catherine Creek is a Great Neighborhood in Lake Stevens
Qualifying for USDA Zero Down Home Loans with Low Interest Rates & Great Prices. *See links on right side of this page below Home Realty logo!*
The Crossings at Catherine Creek's main entrance has a modern classic old style covered bridge built in 2001. The bridge is 100’ long and has sidewalks with a concrete deck that’s lighted 24/7.

Its located ½ mile from HWY 92 and under 2 ½ minutes from shopping, Lake Stevens Community Beach, North Cove Park and the new boat launch. Catherine Creek is classified as a Salmon bearing creek. As a child I actually chased them. My Grandfather's farm was just up the street.
The Crossings at Catherine Creek are well kept homes with nice side walks and intentional dead ends creating low traffic cul-de-sacs.

Green belts are also laced between the streets creating even more of a country atmosphere in The Crossings at Catherine Creek (See color map).
Lake Steven's schools consistently rank in the top ten for Washington State.
My family has been attending for four generations now. The only district in our area in the top ten is Mukilteo, and the cost of living is substantially higher. Lake Stevens High School (left & center) and Mt. Pilchuck Elementary (right) are both around 3 minutes away! Click here for more Info.
The second entrance is less than 30 seconds from Hwy 92 and about 3 minutes from HWY 9.

South HWY 9 down to Lundeen Parkway and Frontier Village, which is about 8 minutes from The Crossings at Catherine Creek.
Whether it’s food, fun, shopping, boating or swimming, it’s all less than 2 ½ minutes to the lake and original town!
Need a little exercise? The entrance to the Bicentennial Trail is less than a 30 second ride from the second entrance! There’s even a tunnel that goes under HWY 92.
The paved trail goes past Arlington to the North and to Snohomish to the South.
Horses and dogs are allowed and pretty much anything without a motor. There are also crossings at all intersections with small parks along the way with facilities.
The Crossing at Catherine Creek has a quiet country setting, yet close to where you want to be.
If your checking out homes for sale in Lake Stevens. It’s definitely worth your time to check it out!
