Loan Modification Olympia, Washington

Many of Olympia, Washington residents have seen the value of their homes fall lower than the amount they owe on their mortgage loans, while the average income has shrunk down to make mortgage payments impossible to afford. With interest rates continuing to rise as adjustable rates jump to high fixed rates, and home values falling, refinancing is no longer a financially sound option for most, leaving the necessity for a mortgage loan modification.
Most Washington homeowners now qualify for home loan assistance under the HAMP program, where in which your mortgage payment cannot exceed 31 percent of your gross income. Since most loans exceed this 31% number, nearly all borrowers technically qualify for HAMP assistance.
Homeowners can immediately determine what your current mortgage debt-to-income is and how much your monthly payment may be reduced if you qualify for Obama's Loan Modification Program.
Loan Modification:
In some cases the servicer will inform a borrower that the investor is not participating in the Making Home Affordable Program. If this happens, a borrower may consult a loan modification specialist in order to explore other options available to them. A Free Loan Modification Evaluation is available for homeowners exploring their options and the benefits they qualify for. By empowering themselves with information about mortgage mitigation, homeowners are also able to improve their chances of avoiding foreclosure and affording to stay in their home.
Under President Obama’s “Making Home Affordable” plan, eligible Olympia, WA homeowners suffering unemployment, a bad mortgage, credit card debts, loss in income, or other financial hardships, can get approved for a 4% mortgage refinancing and modification plan. Even borrowers who have been denied a refinancing or home loan modification in the past have been having success with Obama’s mortgage refinance bailout plan.
Olympia, Washington homeowners are able to save thousands by getting a home loan modification or mortgage refinance using President Obama’s “Making Home Affordable” plan. Any borrower now facing foreclosure, or about to be, should immediately begin exploring all the options available to them, including the new government programs designed to help you get a successful loan modification.

Olympia's Farmer's Market is going strong with autumn harvest goodies and a color feast for the eyes!
Admire - and taste - the different varieties of apples. Then buy plenty so you can munch some raw, bake up a pie or two, maybe even cook up some apple sauce. Yum!
Then move on over to the intriguing shapes and colors of gourds and pumpkins. Imagine the fall display you can take home to decorate your table or front porch!
And don't miss these peppers which just glow with the summer sunshine captured within (and some come with a bit of the blazing heat of that summer sunshine as well!)
Enjoy this season and all of its bounty for the eyes and tummy!!
