Beaver Lake Waterfront Homes - Sammamish Waterfront Real Estate

Sam DeBord - Seattle Real Estate Broker: Real Estate Agent in Seattle, WA

Beaver Lake is located on the East side of Sammamish, WA around 20 miles from downtown Seattle. The lake actually consists of a string of three lakes, one large and two smaller. Beaver Lake is a popular fishing spot for Sammamish-area locals, and a quiet, quaint setting just 4 miles from the much-larger Lake Sammamish.
