We staged this home yesterday in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood. Yes, it was raining as we unloaded our truck, typical for Seattle in February :)

The warm, inviting colors of this home's freshly painted interior were a welcome sight on a gray day. This home was originally built in 1941 and retains much of the original charm, yet has modern updates that will make living here a pleasure for the new homeowners.

So over here at Heaton Dainard, we found an investor this property to flip, assisted with all financing (hard money loan), assisted our investor in creating an exit strategy and rehab plan, used our trusted contractors and stagers and had the house sold for top dollar before it even went on the market! It’s time to go off-leash

The city of Seattle is known for more than its coffee and technology it is home to 11 exciting off-leash dog parks.

Maintained by The Seattle Parks and Recreation Department the off-leash parks are seeming located in dog-densely populated areas of the city.

There are certain rules and doggie-etiquette that must be followed like don’t bring dogs that in heat into the park, do not leave your dog unattended, bring food into the park at your own risk.
