Last Call For The 2011 Magnolia Farmer's Market This Saturday!

Seattle neighbor Queen Anne's farmer's market just wrapped its 2011 season up and now it is your last chance to enjoy Magnolia's Farmer's Market this Saturday October 22nd from 10AM to 2PM! According to their site the Magnolia market which began on June 18th will close the 2011 season this Saturday. You can catch the Magnolia Farmer's Market in the heart of Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood in the Magnolia Village on 33rd Ave West at West McGraw between Starbucks and Serendipity.There are lots of colorful offerings and this 2011 season has been popular among Magnolia residents. The Magnolia Farmer's Market is just one of the many reasons that so many home buyers like to explore Magnolia homes for sale. Three Seattle waterfront homes were sold recently, covering a wide range of property types. A Puget Sound waterfront home in Magnolia, a houseboat in Lake Union, and a Lake Washington waterfront home in Washington Park covered the three major categories of Seattle waterfront.

The Magnolia waterfront home sold for $1,300,000 after 5 months on the market and having had its original price at $1.495 million. The bluff-side home covers 35,000 square feet with 75 feet of waterfront and the 4 bed, 1.75 bath home has 3,150 square feet of interior space.

The houseboat on Lake Union was a new construction model home in Wallingford's Seattle Marina. The houseboat sold for $157,500, which does not include moorage. There are a few open slips on Lake Union where these new construction houseboats can still be moored.

In Washington Park, the 3 bed, 2.25 bath home that was sold has 60 feet of Lake Washington waterfront. Selling for $3.95 million after 50 days on the market, the final price was a reduction of about 19% from the original $4.885 listing price.
