Snohomish - North Bothell home received a successful short sale approval with Wells Fargo and closed. Here is another great success story of an amazing family in the brink of going to auction (foreclosure) and avoiding that dreadful experience. This home is located in a great new construction community called Outlook Ridge in Snohomish, WA. It has many new communities around it and sales are steady, but for homeowners that have extended their financial responsibilites and bought at the peak of the real estate market...its been tough to sell, until today.

After a few weeks of Wells Fargo doing their internal investigation on the homeowners financial statements... they provided a full approval and released all deficiencies towards the homeonwer.

It was such an amazing experience to call the homeowner and let them know what Wells Fargo had done for them. Let me just say, that Wells Fargo works and is very professional in how they handle short sales and has a great checks-and-balance system to counter prevent fraud or mistakes that one might do to beat the system. I trully value the relationship that I/we (team) have with Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation Dept.

The “ Old Garden Rose Show” - June 6-9th and 19-21st.

This place is just cool. The Antique Rose Farm is located in the city of Snohomish and has been around for quite some time. Snohomish is known for it's Antique Shopping. If you like the Antique Rose you really need to check this place out.

The family was in the Antique business for something like 20 years. They moved into an old Victorian style farmhouse in Snohomish and started growing their roses which was a hobby at the time. Later they began selling their roses and their new business began, The Antique Rose Farm.

Today they sell old and new roses and many other beautiful plants, vines and specialty trees along with birdbaths, ironworks and pretty much anything else you can think of for your garden. It’s a fun place to visit and they are very helpful.
