HudHomeStore.com Spokane WA properties -- Killer deal for Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Public & Private K-12 Teachers, and EMTS who are full time employees.
Have you heard about the Good Neighbor Program? This program is great but the qualified properties are sometimes difficult to find. Currently in the state of Washington there are two houses available in Spokane! But the clock is ticking.
The Good Neighbor Program from HUD allows full time employed folks in certain fields to purchase a home in the neighborhood in which they work at a huge discount. What fields of employment are these, you may ask.
Occupation eligibility includes: teachers, law enforcement officers, EMTS and firefighters
Borrowers may not own or have owned property in the 12 months preceding the offer date.
Lottery bid date: 11/16/11
Borrowers borrow 50% of the sales price and HUD carries a silent second for the remaining 50%. No interest or payments are required on this "silent second" mortgage if you live in the home for the entire 36 month occupancy. After the 36 month period, the silent second GOES AWAY! Down payment requirement is $100. Check with your realtor or your mortgage broker, to get the details. Don't delay and be ready to move quickly.

If you are not familiar with the Title Nine Retail stores, maybe you should be!
I was so excited when the new Title Nine opened it's doors in the progressive Perry District of Spokane Wa. on the South Hill.
This is a quaint, artistic area with charming older homes, local business, great restraunts and the soon to be famous Perry Street Pizza. As a local resident and professional I just want to say WELCOME TO TITLE NINE SPOKANE! I love the new clother I got there!

The Perry District in Spokane Wa is am amazingly charming neighborhood comprised of mostly older homes (1920-ish) on Spokane's South Hill.
This district is becoming some what of a hot spot for art, culture, and wellness.
Home Prices there vary from about 120,000-200,000 with some exceptions. There is a neighborhood park (Grant Park) and in the Spring-Fall they enjoy art festivals, farmers market and outdoor movies at the local hub...THE SHOP. The Shop is an old automotive place, gone coffee shop.
There are several local business worth checking out in the Perry District.
Today, I went for a walk along the scenic Benn Burr trail (an old railroad track) which you can catch from the Perry District area. Here are a few pictures I took along the way!

BENN BURR trail. This is the kind of Natural Beauty you can find in the middle of Spokane's South Hill!!!

THE SHOP LOCATED ON SOUTH PERRY IN SPOKANE WA ... GREAT COFFEE!
