Are you curious as to what is going in at the new Hilltop center along the Woodinville-Duvall road by 156th street?
Here's the scoop based upon an article in the Seattle Times today.
Open for occupancy February 15th, 2008.
Merchants open for business mid-May 2008.
75% of the space of the 14,000 sqft has been leased (there is the time to get your spot if you want to have an office close to where you live...)
Businesses that have put down a deposit and are planning to move in include: a Greek-Turkish restaurant; a salon called French Nails; an athletic organization; a dry cleaner; and coffee shop called Mercury's Madness.
So what was all of the other work they had to do?
The road was widened so there will be a center holding lane for left turns.
Sidewalk was added.
The two storm water retention ponds were rebuilt to minimize any environmental impact.
