As stagers, we all have favorite staging projects. Some are just more fun than others! This home we staged last week in the exclusive town of Woodway, WA, (a suburb of Seattle) is one of my recent favorits. It brought back some fond memories for me.

Just a few blocks from my parent's home, I can remember many years ago walking in this neighborhood as the houses were being built. At that time I was pushing my kids in stollers! My son is now 15 and taller than I am, and my daughter just started college this fall. So, staging in this neighborhood brought back lots of memories.

Point Wells is a 61 acre site bordering the Puget Sound on the south corner of Snohomish county in the town of Woodway. The property has been used as an asphalt plant and a petroleum tank farm. The owner of the property is proposing cleaning up the site and turning it into a large, upscale development of condominiums, shops and restaurants. The only access to the site is through the Richmond Beach neighborhood in the city of Shoreline. This could be a huge development in the Seattle metro area, and there are passionate support and passionate resistance to this proposal. What do you think of this potential development?
