There were 34 sales with an average sales price of $238,029 with a list to sales ratio of 96.67% and 92 days on the market. There are also 21 accepted offers with future closings.

There are 13 fewer sales in June 2010 than in 2009 and 6 fewer listings added.

There are currently 316 listings with an average list price of $251,979 and 173 days on the market.

There were 42 sales with an average price of $235,141 with a list to sales ratio of 93.75%. The average time on the market was 126 days. There are currently 20 accepted offers with future closing dates.

May 2010 sales were consistent with 2009 sales. However, the new listing added where down 23% when compared to 2009. This month reflects the 2nd time there has been a reduction in new listing in as many months. Will be a interesting trend if it continues.

There are currently 309 active listings with an average list price of $257,197 and 158 days on the market.
