It will not be too long and I will be heading back for warmer weather but if I ever needed a tune up of what cold weather is like I will get one today. For those that don't know what it is like you really have to experience it to have a clue. 20 degrees below zero is like nothing you could ever endure. I would think many would concur and remember this and just turn their head thinking of the poor souls enduring it. I can actually remember times of it being a wind chill of 55 degrees below zero.

While the snow is pretty, and there is enough ice on the lake for ice fishing, somehow the cold weather has dissolved out of my genes and has been replaced with warm weather ones. Wisconsin is beautiful, and snowmobiles are fun, but one can never say that there is not change in Wisconsin. Change is truly the only constant that is regular in Wisconsin weather. I am not and will never be a drinker, but if I was I am sure traditional cures for cold weather would be schnapps, Tom and Jerry's, and spiced rum or hot chocolate.
