Let's face it; sometimes we have people telling us what to do, what to think, what to say, and after a while it is enough to take someone down. Seems these days everyone has an objection or angle to get the WIFM
(whats in it for me) philosiphy filled. It's enough to want to just run and hide or better yet just swat the darn people. Have you ever noticed that the great risk takers get great rewards?
No wonder the same people that are always trying to talk us out of doing the things we know will set us out in front are the same people that are doing the talking. Seriously, doing the talking
and not taking the action or initiative to make things happen. In Waukesha County Real estate and as one of the Waukesha county Real estate agents I learned along time ago to think out of box, take a step back out of it and look at the box and the big picture, and more importantly that the majority was not always right. It wasn't that long ago that everyone
thought the world was flat until someone stood up and said "Yeah right, I'm not buying it." Well I am here to tell you that with me what you see is what you get . I have friends that will tell you the last thing I am is boring, but they will also tell you that through sickness, illness, trial and error, obstacles, adversity, and making just a ton of mistakes ( I would like to think I have learned from most ) that I have learned to live with Passion. Truly live with passion. Funny, as I wrap my hands tonight at training and go at it I only hope people can see that. I may hit hard, but overall, I am passionate. I like that.

There are many reasons why I could tell you why you should be happy in the Waukesha county Real estate market; some of them that come to my mind right away are we are alive, we are healthy, we have
a roof over our head, we are eating, and our kids are safe and healthy. The good thing is we can all make a difference no matter where we live and no matter what our budget may be. If it means grabbing a can of food out of our pantry to put in a basket we have then just helped immensely. The Food Pantry of Waukesha County is going to one of my main concentrations this year. I love seeing all those smiles back at me when I am out looking at homes for sale in Waukesha County. I have a hard time thinking about those that have to go hungry and I know I can make a difference. There are many kind and good residents and businesses in Waukesha County that do now.
As good as life may be to us there are people that are hungry. If you do

I often think that like any profession, economy, life, or venture, everything has a cycle. Sooner or later the cycle is broken and a new one starts.
It is no mystery that in the last couple of years the Real Estate as well as other factors in the economy have had to step up to the plate in order to foster correction. The adjustment. A new playing field.
The same holds true with the brokers, salespeople, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, and more.
I have seen some of the best go, and it broke my heart. I have seen some that should go, go. I admire the tenacity that some people can endure, and the amazing amount of hope and desire, as well as conviction, we can maintain. This is a business that often has smoking guns and magic mirrors involved. There truly has never been such a thing as a crystal ball, although if there was a web site for one for Realtors I am confident most of us would have sent off for one, and gazed upon it occasionally from our desk top. Honesty and Integrity will always be a supreme virtue.



I welcome the emergence a new market brings, and with the corrections, improvements, and the drawing of a new playing field. Some people were destined to go, and some of us, well, we rode the storm out, and it will not be too long until gentle breezes once again touch our business. I see it starting already. I tell you. Won't it be wonderful that we can comment on our great successes, and know that we are going through a truly historical time that will not be forgotten for some time? The amount of smiles that have been saved up will illuminate our entire Industry for a long time to come!! There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel and it is coming at us fast!
