The Greenbrier Sporting Club is a private, residential sporting community and equity club on the 6,500 acre grounds of the legendary Greenbrier Resort.  Members enjoy access to an array of private amenities including a member’s Lodge, award-winning golf at The Snead – an 18-hole Tom Fazio designed golf course, Eastern-inspired spa (Ananda in the Alleghenies), a full-service equestrian center, sports complex with infinity pool, indoor squash courts and 25-foot climbing wall.

At this time, there are 33 residential active listings with list prices starting at $1.2 million up to $5.5 million.  There are 69 home site (land) listings with prices starting at $245,000 up to $1.2 million with the average of two acres.

Year to date, 40 properties sold for a gross sales volume of $33.9M  This number includes 20 houses and 20 homesites…and the Sporting Club real estate is up over 23% from last year with 3 months remaining in the year.
